Additionally, please note that the chimney is open at the back and not fully enclosed. I am dead in the water with case number 01243240 case subject 01240781My initial contact was on July 17th I successfully submitted all asked for information and was sent confirmation of this on July 22nd and was told I would be contacted in 24 to 72 hours which now has been over 5 days ago with not another word. I have replied several times since this process started (please review) and suggested that we get this figured out as I leave the location of the installed hood for a out of state trip on Wednesday morning for 4 to 6 weeks. I have the installer on standby to complete the project and could facilitate his ability to gain access to the property to complete the repairs or replace said hood. I have registered this product for warranty coverage and I need your attention to this matter. This is turning into a nightmare.
