Ventura 10 ft. x 12 ft. Dark Grey Double Roof Rustproof Aluminum Framed Gazebo

Space between the roof and the walls, half inch gap design flaw, also half inch gap between the double roof half inch gap all around. Hornet wasps mosquitoes can't get in! Roof panels do not sit securely into the roof, flimsy netting. Definitely not worth the money I paid. Now i think I'll have to send it back. It was installed by professionals from Home Depot. They told me to cover the half inch gaps, IWhy would I have to do that on a brand new gazebo? Sojag is going downhill!

Purchase two. 25% of both boxes missing or damaged. Instructions incoherent pictograms. No text. Weak 28-gauge roof that almost collapsed under 1" of wet snow. Even more weak aluminum posts require additional cross-bracing. Not part of the frame a 90-degree square. Bad welds. Zero response from Sojag. If you look at all these with different names here on HD, they all are sourced from the same factory, and all suffer the same design flaws. Do not buy. I've spent an additional $500+ for safety.

Unwrapping - A well built, nicely finished, and good looking gazebo! Came in two 100 lb. plus boxes - one with the roof panels, the other with the rest of the gazebo parts. Very well packed. Each numbered part(s) were packed together in a separate plastic bag, with the part number on one of the parts inside the bag. (I wished all the parts had the part nbr on them - some did but not many). The screws , bolts, etc were on 2 separate cardboard sheets with a plastic suction wrap with the part nbrs clearly marked. All of these parts came with extras so if you lose one you're covered! I removed the wrap for these parts and put them in separate plastic baggies with the part nbr on them to ease the installation. I also unwrapped the parts and grouped them separately to assist in the installation. HINT - if only 1 part has a part nbr on it, use it last in the installation process else you'll have problems figuring out which part you're looking for. Installation - Count on needing at least 3 people a full day (8 hours) to install. Lots of parts, instructions could be a bit better, as usual. HINT - on the roof installation assemble the 3 roof panels per section together on the ground before putting on the frame. ALSO, put on the bottom track along the bottom of the roof line BEFORE placing the roof panel in place - much easier. Put the mosquito netting on the INSIDE track with the seam (unfinished) side in. Make sure the hooks on the netting aligns with the hole mid-way up on the corner posts. If installing the curtains (separate purchase) they go on the OUTSIDE track again with the seam (unfinished) side in. Again, make sure the hooks on the curtains aligns with the hole mid-way up on the corner posts. The hook will go through the hole in the curtain and then into the hole in the corner post. (none of this is explained in the manual!) You will need 12 screws for the corner posts to secure the gazebo to it's base (not included).

I must admit i had to have a little help from my friends to put my Gazebo up! I absolutely love it!! We've always had privacy fence on our deck but the last hurricane destroyed most of it. This gazebo is so much better!!

No matter what it will take half a day to put up and you will need at least 3 people to do it. Instructions could be better but once it’s done you will love it as much as we do.

We’re very happy with our new gazebo!! 2 of us set it up over 2 days. We spent about a total of 8 hours. The instructions were easy to follow and all the pieces were clearly labelled. I highly recommend this product!!

Excellent gazebo. Looks great. It would be nice if the companies could design the zippered screens to be magnetic for easier access. A few issues with pieces being square but able to wrokaround. Very nice quality.

So far so good. If you’ve ever put up a gazebo before (of any type), than you can handle this. There are gaps between the roof and top of the horizontal supports as well as between vented roof and main roof. We used gorilla tape and strips of screen mesh to plug those areas. We did frame construction one afternoon then roof assembly the next morning. I expected the screen to be of a thicker grade, otherwise a well constructed/designed gazebo.
