Chicology Custom Made Roller Shades have 2 shades in 1: Our Double Roller Shades are designed with two layers of alternating sheer and opaque bands to adjust privacy and light control in one quick pull. Easy to use cordless control options. Every aspect of our Roller Shade production utilizes our many years of experience in the industry. As always, every shade is hung and tested before leaving our workroom. Roller Shades are one of the easiest shades to operate. The simple construction and rigorous quality assurance process guarantees even the largest shades can be operated with ease. We offer a wide range of blackout materials as well as light filtering materials that offer privacy while allowing light to filter in. Keep in mind that some light may still get in on the sides of the shades. If you're looking for total darkness, we suggest pairing your shade with blackout drapes and a cornice. This is the only way to block all light. Our material options will certainly reduce glare and cut down on heat, making it easier to maintain the temperature of your home. However, combining Roller Shades with drapes creates a unique look and results in better insulation and draft reduction. Dealing with Dirt/Stains: We have had great success using a magic eraser to spot treat dirt and stains. Please note that there is an Inside Mount Deduction (Cassette Headrail): 1/4 in. Inside Mount Deduction (Fabric): 1-3/8 in.

How does one clean these zebra shades?
Hi! For routine care, we recommend gently dusting the Zebra Shades with a soft cloth, feather duster, or vacuum using a soft brush attachment. For minor spots or stains, use a clean, slightly damp cloth and gently blot the affected area. Please avoid soaking the fabric or using harsh cleaning products, as these may damage the shade. If the true measurement is 58.5", what size width do i get? 58" or 59"
Hello! For an inside mount, we recommend ordering the exact 58.5-inch width if available. If only 58- or 59-inch sizes are offered, we recommend the 58-inch size. With the automatic 1/2-inch deduction, the 59-inch size would finish at approximately 58.5 inches and may be too tight for the opening. Please note that the 58-inch size may leave a slightly larger light gap on the sides.
If inside mount window measures 34.75…do you suggest 34.5 or 35 for an inside mount?
For an inside mount, we recommend ordering the exact 34.75-inch width if available. Our Zebra Shades include an automatic 1/2-inch deduction, so you do not need to make the deduction yourself. If only 34.5- or 35-inch sizes are available, we recommend the 35-inch size, which will finish at approximately 34.5 inches wide.
Can this blind be mounted from the ceiling?

Can I cut it to 40 inches in length
Hi! We do not recommend cutting or modifying the product, as any alterations may damage it and will void the manufacturer's warranty. Can the shade length be cut to 36”
Hi! Our Basic Arctic Zebra Shades are pre-made with a standard height of 72". Unfortunately, they cannot be cut or altered. Any modifications to the product may cause damage and will automatically void the warranty.
Need outside mounting
Our Zebra Shades include the necessary hardware brackets for outside mount installation.
