Excellent unit but cannot store standing!
This is an excellent unit which I bout in the UK and no doubt I will be my goto as are the rest of my new Greenpan pan collection.
Unfortunately the stainless steel housing protecting the cable to the top plate is too big so the unit cannot stand independently when storing. This design fault needs to be fixed - see photos.
Also when the unit is open the upper tray is not vertical leading to oil dripping onto work top rather than in dip tray and this is probably also related to the cable housing.
Maybe I am just unlucky and this unit has not been through quality control 😢
Also please sell the waffle plate accessories in the UK!

Good features. Not nonstick.
I have had this for a year or so and for maybe the first few months it was somewhat nonstick but still required a hefty amount of nonstick spray. After that, it wasn’t nonstick. Love the features but the waffle maker aspect isn’t great which is why I bought it.

Perfect for Sandwiches
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This griddle was perfect and exactly what I needed. I have made burgers, chicken, quesadillas, on the grill but it’s perfect for sandwiches. I feel like when I do make one it’s perfect and what I would pay good amount of money for. The griddle is perfect to control or adjust depending on what you are making and would recommend it for anyone who is looking for one. You do have to be careful with it like most griddles. Easy to use right out of the box.

Solid grill combo
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I unboxed this, it’s heavy enough to feel the sturdy, but I can still lift it from the floor up on to the kitchen counter. Preheat time is fantastic, it gets hot in a minute. I love that the two plates can be heated separately so I can use one side (bottom) for some of the cooking. Temperature control is also easy with knob twisting and I think it’s safe to quickly adjust the temperature to prevent burning stuffs. I made a fried egg with the flat plate but I wish the power cord could be longer enough to reach the outlet from the dinner table so it could be perfect for a short rib dinner right at the table.

A counter top favorite!

The griddle option makes amazing panini and grilled cheese. The grill option is fantastic for veggies and well cooked side dishes. The versatility of the plates makes it feel like two products in one!
It preheats quickly and the buttons and controls show you exactly what the temperature and the time is. The instruction booklet contains a chart that shows you the correct temperature for different items.
Cleaning this is so easy. It’s a non stick surface and the pans come off easily with a click of a button. It is sleek and looks great on the counter without taking up a lot of space or making a mess. It looks and feels durable and of high quality . I use this product SO much. Its versatility has made it something that I truly reach for almost daily. I highly recommend this product. It’s a healthy and versatile product that a home chef should truly have.

Super versatile

We’ve had a regular panini maker before but this is genius, it replaces so many gadgets like waffle iron, panini maker, griddle and we’ve used it more than the grill even. Elite Kitchen Countertop Appliance

Great! Especially for Korean bbq

A great addition to my kitchen
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Electrics Elite Multi Grill & Griddle for a while now, and overall it’s been a really solid addition to my kitchen. It is really versatile, i can grill meat, make sandwiches (with the press function) or cook breakfast on the griddle, and even open it flat to cook more food at once. The features that i like the most are the dual temperature control, it makes it easier to cook different foods without burning anything, and the ceramic non-stick surface, it's toxic-free, the food releases easily, and cleanup is simple (in addition that the plates are easily removable). The unit is a bit large, so it does take up counter space, but you can store it vertically when it's not in use. But that is what make it perfect for indoor grilling, cooking for familiy and gatherings.
