Can this be used over siloxane wood sealer?

I used Olympic Rescue it on my concrete patio, and after four days I noticed that it was starting to peel. I have used this product twice before and did not have any problems. Can this be fixed & and can I re tint color.

How long do you need to wait to paint your deck if you just power washed? What would happen if I did not wait the recommended time?
Hey there, thanks for your question. If the moisture level in the wood is too high (above 18%), moisture will try to evaporate and if there is a coating on the surface before the moisture has time to properly evaporate, it could cause the coating to bubble and peel. When pressure washing, instead of just using a hose, it injects a lot of water into the wood so I would allow 48 hours of dry time at least in 77 degree or warmer weather. How long does the rescue max take to dry
Hi there, thanks for your question. Allow 6 hours for the first coat to dry before applying the second coat. Allow the final coat to dry 48 hours before foot traffic and 72 hours before replacing furniture or heavy objects. Drying times listed may vary depending on temperature, humidity, film build, color and air movement.
Can the brush or roller used for application be cleaned up with water?
