The shell layer also features Uplyft Breathable Flotation assistance for peace of mind on the ice. This non-bulky, perforated flotation foam is buoyant with a fit for mobility and comfort-the only technology of its kind offering float-assist in a breathable form-factor so moisture doesn't stay trapped against your skin. A 15k/15k Waterproof/Breathable fabric rating is 3x greater than other standard ice fishing outerwear, with an additional DWR coating to repel moisture and keep the elements out. The interior liner jacket zips in/out of the outer shell, providing optional warmth and insulation when needed, but can be removed on warmer days or worn standalone. This puffer-style jacket is made of a nylon ripstop material, featuring 150gm of 3M Thinsulate Platinum Water-Resistant insulation for warmth.
