What kind of metal is this made out of? Is it recyclable?

Asked by: Missy
Hello, this metal is galvanized steel. Steel, aluminum and glass are 100% recyclable, each time is melted it forms the same structure. Unlike plastic, although recyclable the carbon chain changes its structure each time is melted because it is made of organic compound.

Can I use this underground?

Need power to shed
Asked by: Tjc
the correct answer to your question is: Depends on state and city/county electrical code in your area. You should find the answer on your local government codes web site. PVC is safer and cheaper.

Just recently purchased 125 and had 6 of them break after bending them and was told since I already cut and bent them I can't get a refund. So was a little upset over that, but all in all they have been good bars for the product we make.

I did not use this for electrical but instead used it as a pole for a bluebird house. It is rigid enough to hold the birdhouse and small enough diameter to deter squirrels. Great for my needs.
