So long as the size and type of the old pipe is the same as current-day specs, the fitting would most likely work. It's tough to provide a definitive answer, however, given the limited information.

It is designed for use with corrugated pipe. ABS pipe typically has thicker walls making the OD of the pipe larger and it would not fit into this fitting.

Not easily and it won't stay that way...
As best as I can remember, this is a rigid piece of plastic so it would not be adjustable to any other degree.
4” drain corrugated pipe can be turned on a 90^ angle but because it is somewhat stiff the radius will be around 18 to 24”. For a tighter radius (which will allow the pipe to be less deep) use an elbow. Elbows snap onto the pipe, so they are quick and require no glue.
Is it flexible to allow a change of the angle to a more sloping 120 degrees? Or is it rigid at 90 degrees?
The fitting is manufactured as a 90 elbow, and would be too rigid to bend any further.
