Our small profile vertical mailboxes are designed to fit into smaller areas with minimal wall-space. Vertical mailboxes are not USPS approved for new installations. The USPS requires properties upgrade to current standards when any remodel or renovation occurs to the property. Any remodel big or small should drive an upgrade to CBU or 4C mailboxes. As these units are top-loading, they should be protected from the weather by installing indoors or under a covered area. Made from heavy-gauge extruded aluminum for durability with striated doors and trim to resist scratches. 5-pin cylinder locks help keep mail contents secure and each compartment features a tenant name card holder.

Where will I get the labels for the mailbox
These units have cardstock labels that are provided for every tenant compartment.
1. Can 2 ; 4 slot mail boxes be installed side by side, as we need a 8 slot mail box? 2. Any special euipment or tools needed for a double - 4 slot installation? 3. Also after installation USP will come out after notified?

This unit does not have a compartment for outgoing mail.
Where i can get blank keys for lock?
Are replacement cards part # 43200 printable? Do they come in 8.5 x 11 sheets? Thanks
They are not printable, but these are 1.5 in x 2.5" in cardstock.
What are the dimensions of the white name card, part 43200?
The entire name card is 1 1/2"H x 2 1/2"W, but this contains two sections. There is a small part that shows through below for an apt number that is 1/4" H x 5/8" W and the upper part for a name is 3/4" H x 2 1/2" W.
Is this good exterior use? My current mailbox is similar but water gets in all the time.
These 1250 units were not intended for outside use. They should be protected from direct exposure to weather.
