Questions & Answers

I ordered the aerator suggested on this page (PN 066508-0020A), but it is too wide to fit in the tip of the gooseneck faucet. What is the correct aerator for this unit?

touch-free faucets with infra red sensors are failing after years due ofscrubbing with scour pads that scratches the sensor. does surround technology avoid this problem, is selectronic surround technology? how does it sense if hands are near?

        Answer This Question

The sensor itself is what senses your hands in the set range. If the sensor is scratched or damaged, it could cause it to not work properly. Please contact our Selectronic Tech Dept @ 1-855-752-9259 for more assistance.

              Answer This Question

There's adjustments for hot cold mix and time the valve opens in the control box.

              By|May 5, 2023

This faucet requires the use of a mixing valve in order to make temperature adjustments. The mixing valve must be ordered seperately. You may want to contact the manufacturer for detailed troubleshooting.

                      works great looks nice!
Priced a little high but works great and after a bit of work installing it, looks nice! Just a side note, it only runs cold unless you pay extra for an adapter or make your own version of the adapter for a third of the price.
