It should include all bits or it can't be a 14 in 1
I just read the description and it specifically says the bits should be included, so return that and get what they owe you!
The bits are stored in the shaft
If there is an option to buy w/out bits, I have never seen it. The only multi ones I have ever purchased or seen on the shelf all came with the bits. They make some new adjustable length screwdrivers that come with only the handle, but anything stating "14-in-1" should have the 14 whatevers they are talking about I would assume.
I have 2 with no issues.
If you have an online account linked to the card you paid with you can still retrieve the receipt online. But i have never experienced what you're talking about. I don't think the materials in those handles would shrink from any exposure to heat or anything like that, they would probably just melt. Check the inside of the handle and clean it out if it's dirty, make sure there is no dirt or debris causing the shaft to get jammed in there. Make sure the retaining balls are moving freely and maybe apply a little light oil.
It's odd but yes. I've definitely noticed. I just keep it lubricated with wd or the like and kinda force it. I've had several do this especially the old 6 in ones.

Sorry to hear of your problem My unit still works well for the past year.
this is not a screwdriver.
The screwdriver works as it should, and there’s a lot easier than having to use multiple screwdrivers.
Yes
I bought my screwdriver last week. It is a durable screwdriver but the bit falls out sometime. There should be a tighter ball to hold the bit
Each bit of the set I have securely holds in place. 90 day return to Home Depot and Klein Limited Warranty should cover getting replacement set. Great set that should perform perfectly or replace or return.
