We recommend that you use distilled white vinegar to clean this item.
Why does a light come on when I turn my humidifier on and then it immediately shuts down
This problem can be caused by water getting into the base of the unit. In order to resolve this issue, please empty the base of all water, turn the base upside down, and allow it to fully air dry for 48-72 hours. This should be enough to resolve the issue.
Does it need a filter?
Tis unit is designed to be used without a filter, however, we do recommend the use of a filter or distilled water if you have hard water in the home.
Can't figure out how to put water in mine. Top or bottom?
There's a screw cap at the bottom of the water tank.
