What size radius corner will work with this exact baseboard?
SKU 370633 is the base corner that matches this baseboard. It is in stock in the same stores with the base Propak.
I want to cap stair skirt to transition to baseboard.
no it was terrible. every store in my area had broken packs and damaged boards so i did not purchase
There is not a basecap that matches the detail of the Sierra Base propack exactly. We do have a basecap that is similar in style. P384PR #1006504132 is primed fingerjoint pine base cap. It is getting added into all Northern California/Reno stores in June. If it is not in your store yet it can be special ordered in the meantime. It is replacing a solid pine version #927406 that can still be found in some stores.

Is it flexible? Will it bend around a round counter base?
No there is a round corner piece available.e
Yes it is flexible but I have no idea if it can bend around a the counter base in question. The one thing I can say is that the pro-packs at Home Depot are a great deal!
This product does bend slightly around subtle curves. It is not considered flexible. You should visit your local Home Depot to see for yourself how flexible it is. If it does not bend enough for you, there is a resin product that is made for tight curves. it can be special ordered at any Home Depot store.
