How is the dust bag, #VF3501 "C", installed on a RIGID 4 u.s. gallon wet/dry vac?
There is cardboard attached to the bag around the opening, it will slide over the plastic black inlet inside of the vacuum.

This will punch a hole in the paper, and make inserting the bag over the inlet easier. 2. If necessary, insert the rubber gasket over one side of the split inlet and then the other. This will make getting the inlet into the bag a little easier. 3. Push the cardboard collar all the way forward against the drum, making sure the rubber gasket moves over the single rib that is present on the inlet port. Should I remove dust bag if using as a blower..?
If i were doing the same thing, I would remove the collection bag but, not the air filter. That is just my opinion.
