About This Product
Allow more heat out of your barrel camp stove with the addition of the double barrel adapter kit. The BKAD500 kit contains a set of legs and and collars to add a stacked barrel to your existing barrel camp stove. By doing this, you create a larger space for heat transfer from the exhaust so you can heat a larger area with your barrel camp stove. The barrel is not included, but can be ordered separately. Barrel camp stove kits are perfect for camping, hunting and other outbuildings. They are not designed for use in a residence.

What is the advantage of the 2 barrel model? Can this system be retrofitted with a blower?
Upgrading your barrel stove from a single to a double barrel model allows for more radiant heat production which raises the heating capacity. You could definitely implement an external blower for circulation purposes!
Will the BSK1000 Stove Kit fit a 30 gal barrel ?
I used a 55 gallon drum. But the legs although "fits a 55 or 30 gallon drum" clearly are designed for the much tighter curvature of a 30 gallon one. Be warned that you will probably have to use a grinder to clean up the poor leg castings.

If you use the legs about 3 inches. But the connector is not designed to use a pipe. If used as designed, the legs do not fit at all on a 55 gal drum

No even if they did door would not fit
No I bought mine about two months ago and it was easy to put together but the door is too large to fit the 30 gallon drums

Yes, this will work for a 30 gallon or 55 gallon barrel.
The illustration shows a pipe connecting the bottom barrel to the top. I don't see the short piece of pipe that connects the two. Is it included in the kit?
No it does not. But its pretty clear there is no connecting pipe intended as the parts fit together and have screw holes to match.
No you Wil need a 6 inch in diameter by 2 and a half inch piece of pipe
The pipe is not included in the kit, but the collars needed are.
