About This Product
Made entirely of aluminum, Salsbury 3500 series USPS approved 4B plus vertical mailboxes feature a durable powder coated finish available in five (5) contemporary colors aluminum, brass, bronze, sandstone or green. Surface mounted units mount directly to a wall or other flat surface and are secured with mounting hardware through the back panel. Vertical mailboxes are approved for US Postal Service (USPS) mail delivery. Units feature 5-1/2 in. W x 16-1/4 in. H extruded aluminum doors. Each door includes a five (5) pin cylinder cam lock with two (2) keys and a 2-1/2 in. W x 5/8 in. H indentation to accommodate a label (included) identifying the tenant's name and/or box number. Mailboxes are available in units with three (3) to seven (7) compartments. Each compartment is 16-1/4 in. H x 5-1/2 in. x 6-3/4 in. D.

Does this unit include a master lock for the post office person?
Hello, No, the Post Office Arrow Lock is installed by your local Postmaster. You will need to contact your local Post Office to make an appointment so that someone can come out and install this lock. Thank you!

Is it weather proof from rain?
Please note that our Vertical Mailboxes are designed to be installed on a flat surface (the back is open), or recessed mounted into a wall. We also recommend that there is an overhang. Please refer to our installation instructions for more information, or you can contact us at 800-624-5269.

1. If a recessed unit, create a rough opening in wall per dimension in Rough Opening Table. Units must be securely supported by a frame constructed of 2”x4” lumber. 2. Remove unit from carton and place it in an upright position on a table or other flat surface. 3. Remove the compartment assembly from the frame by tilting the compartment assembly forward until it extends approximately two inches from the frame. Then lift the compartment assembly upward so that its base clears the hinge pins located at the bottom of the unit. Swing the lower end of the compartment assembly outward and remove it from the frame. 4. Mount the frame in the desired location. Caution: Do not deform, force, or twist the frame to fit an incorrect rough opening or irregular surface. If the frame becomes deformed, it will not retain proper alignment with the compartment assembly. Units serviced by the United States Postal Service must be installed with the master lock opening a minimum of 30” and a maximum of 58” above the finished floor. 5. Replace the compartment assembly into the frame, reversing the procedure in step 3 above.

Hello. You can purchase two (2) of the 7 doors model # 3507ASU and one (1) of the 5 doors model # 3505ASU. That would be a total of 19 vertical mailbox doors.
