What size are the screws and the anchors - I need to replace two anchors

Why does the instruction template state "6 3/8 inch", but when actually measuring the paper with a ruler it is 6 1/4 inch ? Is this a bad print out, or mistypo?
We buy large rolls of tissue paper (Scott’s). I guess the measurements is to accommodate large and small rolls of tissue paper.

What is the distance between the center screws for installation? I need to replace a holder that I already have screws 6in apart.
The mounting template provided with the Delta Greenwich Toilet Paper Holder indicates a distance of 6-1/4" between the mounting screws. This information can also be found at the top of the included instructions.
The video says it eliminates the use of set screws, yet the picture and description show there are set screws. The instructions don't mention set screws. This thing is DTF! (Doomed To Fail) Does it have set screws, or not?
