Questions & Answers
What is the diameter of the hole in the middle
The rosettes themselves have a diameter of 2-1/2 inches. They are designed to be mounted on a door with screws. If you are looking for rosettes to cover an existing hole, you'll need to ensure the screw holes for these rosettes don't interfere with the existing hole. The center-to-center distance between the screws is 2 inches.
What kind of screws are these? I need to replace them with shorter ones.
Our standard screw is 8 - 32 and you normally receive a 1" or 1.5 inch screws
What is the diameter of the hole?
The diameter of the rosettes is 2-1/2 inches.
do these come with mounting screws?
Thank you for your questions. Yes these come with screws.
What is the diameter of the center hole?
can I use this with a door that already has a 2" diameter hole where the doorknob goes?
The center to center for the screws is 2 inches, so there would be no way to attach (screws would go into the large hole area.)
you can buy 2 small bolts that have a screw head at one end and a nut with a dummy screw head at the other end. take a look at door hole covers to see what that looks like. make sure to get a set that fit in the holes of the latch .if they are too wide to fit through the latch, you can run the bolts above and below it.
Bronze option to match the classic glass doorknob set in bronze you sell?
