Can this be used outside during rain or snow?
This is just a storage cover. Can not be used while the generator is running. This will keep rain and snow off a stored non running unit.

Yes, the cover resists the elements very well I have had it for three years. The Champion line of generators are a bunch of Crap. Don't buy the extended warranty. Repair shops can't get parts to repair the generator if something goes wrong. Neither the people that are responsible for the extended warranty or the factory warranty people will help you.
no you would have to ventilate the generator, the cover does not have ventilation so while running no but you could build a housing to sit the generator in side of . if not runnind the generator then yes it should be water resistant.

22" wide, 20" deep and 18 " high. There is very strong elastic around the opening. These measurements are approximate because it was too cold outside to take the cover off and make exact measurements but they are very close!

Your generator's dimensions also include the wheels which this cover is not designed to go over. This is the correct generator cover for all Champion generators 2,800 watts to 4,750 watts.
