Our LITE shelves are sturdy shelves with designer decor edges. LITE shelves are melamine covered chipboard, but unlike lesser quality laminate shelves, you won't find unattractive black glue seams between the surfaces and edges. Our LITE shelves feature smooth and durable surfaces and edges. The LITE shelf is designed for a modern look and the cost-conscious customers. Made with melamine surfaces and a core of environmentally friendly particleboard (65 to 90 percent residual sawmill and forestry industry wood).

Is good for exterior?
Hi there! We do not recommend using this outside as that may damage the laminate on the shelf. Please let us know if you have any other questions and have a great day.
What is the width of these shelves? I do not wish to accidentally buy this and it turns out to be too wide or not wide enough. What I consider too wide would be over 11.75 inches.

Can this be cut/trim to desireable size?
Thank you for your inquiry and interest in our products! We do not recommend cutting down this shelf. The interior of the shelf is not the same as the exterior, so cutting the board would ruin the look of the shelf. Furthermore, any modifications to the shelf would void the warranty.
