No, it can't be painted on glass.
Our Americana paints are not formulated for adhesion to glass. We would recommend our Americana Multi-Surface Satin paints - they are formulated to adhere to glass and can also be baked for dishwasher safe finish. Can this paint be mixed with chulk paint's to make a different color for a wood dresser, how much would I need for 8oz
For color purposes only...yes, you can mix the Americana acrylics with Chalky Finish. However, they are different resins, so mixing diminishes the properties of the Chalky paint that allows it to be sanded, distressed, etc. We would highly recommend that you mix two Chalky colors to achieve the look you're after, since they are both compatible. -DecoArt Paint Guru
Which shade of blue in the Americana Acrylic Paint is closest to a blue gray
After examining DecoArt's website, I would recommend Blue Mist, Light French Blue, or French Gray Blue. Alas, I could not find these tints on THD's website. The closest ones to blue gray THD has appear to be Winter Blue (light) and Williamsburg Blue (dark). I hope this helps!

Is this paint permanent
Yes, it is. I usually varnish over a finished piece.
I use it for decoritive painting and have had no problems with it coming off. If your worried about it, you could use a sealer, especially if its going outside.

It can be used on fabric, but to be absolutely durable/washable, use with the additive "textile medium".
