how do i remove the handles?
Hello, Thank you for your question! On the outside of the handles is a button cover which you can remove with a thin small flat head screwdriver. How can I clean calcium/mineral buildup from the valve on the inside of the sprayer on our Cassidy faucet? It won't stop spraying when I release the button. Will calcium removers (e.g. CLR, vinegar, etc.) damage the rubber o-ring?

How do I replace the sweater in my delta Cassidy kitchen faucet
Hi David, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company about 2497LF-AR! The spout can be removed by first turning off the water at your shut-off valve. Unscrew the bonnet at the base of the spout assembly counterclockwise. The spout assembly can be removed straight up and off. The o-rings and retainer can then be removed and replaced.
