Installation guide says for fiberglass, you must use toggle bolts instead of the included screws for proper install. What size toggle bolts are needed?
Hi NJAZ, Thanks for your question regarding 55424-RB! This model ships with the screw and wall anchors included. The toggle bolt only needs to support 2 lbs of weight. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or for further assistance. Best Regards, Emma Digital Communications Specialist
Is this shower head plastic with chrome cover or is it all metal?
Hi Garnet, Thanks for your question regarding 55424! The faucet body, spout, and handle are metal. Unfortunately, we do not have a complete breakdown of the materials used; however, metal parts are usually brass (hub, handle, body, tube, fittings), zinc (escutcheon, hub, handle), or stainless steel (set screw, undercover plate). Quality is of high importance to us, and our products undergo rigorous testing to ensure high-quality performance. Non-metallic products are beneficial in that they do not rust or corrode and help prevent heat transfer. Please feel free to contact us directly if you have any questions or need additional assistance. Best Regards, Emma Digital Communications Specialist
