The new tank will come with the tank to bowl kit, the internal parts, and a new tank cover. I have a Cadet 3. I keep getting water weeping from the tank-to-bowl bolts (both sides). They have been tightened as much as I can using the attachment handle.

Our Cadet toilet installed in January 2016 often (but not always) continues to run after flushing. We find ourselves waiting after very flush and pushing down the red float some of the time. How can we fix this?
