Are the parts easy to find. I have same style but don't know the brand. I had to replace the cartridges. So hard to find the parts for. No name or part # on the piece.

I purchased this faucet a few years ago and wanted to know if there is a known issue with with either the hot or cold water not working at times? For example when I move the arm to the right it make a loud noise and then the hot water doesn't come out. None of my other sink faucets have this issue. We have had ours for over a year with no such issues.
Mine works well. The only thing is that you have to make sure that it is completely turned off,otherwise it will run slowly with a hissing sound.
