does this 3 light come with 3 light fixtures on a post or just one light that holds 3 bulbs and no post?
This light holds 3 bulbs and does not come with a post.
How do I change the bulb

I see the acclaimed burial post, but doesn't say rubbed bronze or if it is the correct size?

I installed it on a black pole and it looks fine. I may go back and hit it with some bronze paint to accent it later, but it honestly doesn't need it, the black looks good.
There are several 3" poles that you can use. The one I like the best is the Sea Gull Lighting Outdoor 1-Light Black Posts (Internet #206960421).
It appears to have about a 2" ID diameter but numerous sleeves or "adapters" of sorts to make it fit anything larger or smaller. It secures by drilling into the post and recommends self-tapping screws, but there are endless possibilities as to how you can mount it. I was planning on using 2" PVC pipe but may need to use a larger size for more rigidity and adapt it down to fit. The lantern itself is not too heavy and the rust-proof PVC should work well. Also, be advised this lantern comes in a gloss black finish with bronze colored paint over it, for a faux "rub-through" appearance. I plan on repainting to a satin black. As for the post you mention, I'm not familiar with it. HTH!
