Glass dome does not stay mounted, instruction say insert and rotate, not working?
The glass shade is threaded with gaps that should align with tabs in the light kit. Insert the glass shade by aligning the gaps and tabs then rotate clockwise until snug. If that does not resolve your issue, contact customer service at 1-800-986-3460. You can order replacement 18w LED light kits and all other parts for this fan model by contacting customer service at 1-800-986-3460. If you have your purchase receipt/invoice available, have that ready as well as your replacement LED may still be covered under warranty.

How to replace when light when it is out?
You may call 1-877-902-5588 for a replacement LED light kit.
The light kit on my old Marshlands fan burned out -- it is 18 watt LED. The replacement part says it is 16 watt LED. Will it fit and work in my old Marshlands ceiling fan?
Yes the 18 watt LEDs and 16 watt LEDs are interchangeable and work exactly the same. When you order replacement parts from customer service, they will send the newest version if available. So even if the replacement part says 16 watt (older version), you will likely receive the newest 18 watt version instead.
Are replacement light kits available for my four year old marshland ceiling fan?
Replacement light kits are not in stock as of this writing, but are expected to be in by the end of September 2021. You can contact customer service at 1-800-986-3460 to place an order so the part can be sent to you once it's in stock.
I had lightning hit my house and it fired the LED light board. Where can I order just the new LED board or at least a light kit?
