This CURT D-ring tiedown anchor is designed to be surface mounted and add a convenient anchoring point for cargo straps, ropes or cables. It comes with a 2-1/4" x 13/16" mounting bracket and two 1/4" diameter mounting holes, spaced 1-1/2" apart, center to center. This rope ring features zinc-plated steel construction and offers a capacity of 1,200 lbs. Mounting screws are not included in this package.

what is the distance between mounting holes?
1-1/2" center to center
What is the size of the bolt holes?
Bolt holes are 6.75 mm in diameter.
not sure but off hand i say 1/8" i used rivets to mount them
The previous poster is incorrect. The holes are 3/16". A 1/4" screw/bolt will not fit.
