When painting over Semi-Gloss paint, I'd suggest scuff-sanding the existing paint first and then priming before applying the paint. Can this paint be tinted
I would like to buy 3-4 5 gallon pails of the Behr Pro base # PR613. I would like to have them tinted before I arrive so I can just pickup my paint and leave. I can buy the base online before you mix
