Thank you for your question. There isn't a specific number of years or cuts we can assign to the life of this blade, as diamond blade life can vary considerably depending on the type and hardness of tile being cut, material thickness, frequency of use, cutting technique, saw alignment, and proper water flow. The 7 in. Premium Tile Diamond Blade is designed for extended life and clean cutting across a variety of tile materials. For the best performance and blade life, use adequate water flow, allow the blade to cut at its own pace without excessive pressure, and make sure your tile saw is properly aligned. With proper use and care, the blade can provide many projects of reliable cutting performance.
Thank you for your question. UPC 080009008210 refers to the RIDGID tile saw, not the tile blade. This 10 in. Premium Tile Diamond Blade is a replacement cutting blade and does not replace the discontinued tile saw itself. For assistance identifying a replacement for the obsolete tile saw, please contact the RIDGID Power Tool Customer Service Department at 866-539-1710, and they will be happy to assist you.
The blade core thickness is approximately 1.25mm while the segment thickness is about 1.45mm
Hi Steve, Best choice for smooth, clean cuts: The HD-CJ70P (continuous rim) blade — because continuous rim blades are specifically made to provide very smooth and clean edges on ceramic and porcelain materials when used with water cooling. Alternative if you need a bit more speed or versatility: The HD-CM70P (turbo mesh) blade — it cuts slightly faster and helps with heat, but you might see very very few chipping compared with a true continuous rim blade
Thank you for your question. We can provide the specifications for our blade, but we’re unable to confirm compatibility with tools from other brands. This 7" porcelain tile blade features a standard 5/8" arbor, which fits most tile saws that use the same arbor size. If your Harbor Freight saw lists a 5/8" arbor in the manual or on the tool, it should be compatible, but we recommend verifying the arbor size directly with the manufacturer to be certain. If you have questions about installing or using our blade, we’re happy to help.
Hi Jerry Yes this will work with the MK100. We would recommend the turbo mesh blade to cut stone veneer Model # HD-CM10P Store SKU # 1009602233
Hi Home Depot Customer, We recommend you using the RIDGID 7in Turbo Mesh blade instead which will work better on this type of material. Model # HD-CM70P/ Store SKU # 1005542142.
Hi Allen, this is more for tile but concrete we recommend you using a RIDGID segmented or turbo blade such as 1009763213, 101039165, or 101339153.
