Always damaged
I tried to buy this cabinet two times, but each time I went to pick it up at Home Depot, it was damaged—the sheet metal was bent. I really wanted this cabinet, but I finally gave up. Buyer beware: big-box bureaucracy, take heed. Manufacturer, you are losing business. Home Depot and Sandusky reach out to me if you are serious about customer service.

It will not survive delivery!
If it could not even survive the trip here then I am not interested. Ordered two for our offices and both arrived with enough damage to make them unusable. I just had to bring them in to sit on until they can send someone else out to take them back. Waste of time, effort and space.

The product has been delivered twice and they are smashed every time they are delivered. Have spent thousands of dollars and still don’t have my cabinets. No one is helping resolve the issues, I am very disappointed and very angry with Sandusky and Home Depot

The cabinets are fine. The top of one was completely smashed in. You couldn’t tell until you unwrapped it and this was after the truck left. Customer service set up a return and I was told I would get a $100 credit for my inconvenience. I’ve yet to see that.

Delivered damaged 3 times
This is a really expensive cabinet so I thought the quality would be good. The metal is very thin. I have ordered this cabinet three times. All three times this cabinet has arrived damaged at delivery. Home Depot was great handling the return process. The third party that handles this delivery damages the cabinet every single time. I finally got my third return from Home Depot and I did not reorder from Home Depot. Very disappointed.
