Questions & Answers
I purchased this about 8 years ago and use it 5 days a week (evenings only since I work all day and not home on weekends). All 4 lights are flickering. I've read here in Q&A that they are not replaceable. Is this really true?
I had the same thing happen. It's not the bulbs. It's the transformer.
Regretfully, that is correct, they are integrated LED and the lights can't be replaced. Thank you.
How to change lightbulbs in this? Uses a MR bulb with GU10 base. Can’t seem to get old one out.
The Burgate 3-Light Brushed Nickel Integrated LED does not have replaceable bulbs. Thank you.
What is the warranty.
The Eglo Armento 1 Collection 4-Light Satin Nickel LED Track Lighting Kit has a 3 year warranty. Thank you.
Can lights be pointed straight down
Hello, Yes, the head are adjustable.
Will this work with a Lutron Caseta Wireless Dimmer Switch?
For any Eglo LED fixtures, an ELV (Electronic Low Voltage) dimmer is recommended. Thank you.
Is this lighting fixture good for over a lighted mirror/medicine cabinet in bathroom over vanity area
This light fixture is damp-rated, meaning it's suitable for use in damp locations like bathrooms. Additionally, the heads are adjustable, allowing you to direct the light where it's needed most, which could be beneficial for illuminating a vanity area. However, whether it's "good" for *your* specific setup depends on factors like the size of your bathroom, the height of your ceiling, the amount of light you prefer, and the overall style you're aiming for.
What is the purpose of the black things at the top of the lights? They seem like they might be dust collectors and hard to clean? What type of material is it; rubber, nylon?
Hello, Black part is decoration design, metal material.
What is the size of the mounting plate cover? Hoping it can cover the hole In my ceiling.
Mounting plate is 4" diameter.
