Why is my LED gfoing on and off when the water is running?
Thank you. It sounds like there may be an issue with the motor in the aerator. We suggest you contact the Home Depot Customer Service department at 1-855-434-5224 and they can assist you with getting a new aerator under the faucet's Limited Lifetime Warranty.
My husband installed this, along with new water supply lines and now the water tastes horrible. If you run the water for a few minutes, the taste goes away. It's not the water lines because he installed a different faucet previously and that didn't happen
Will I have to use any sealant to prevent leaking when I install this or does it come with a part to prevent that?
Thank you. This does come with a gasket to provide a seal between the faucet and the sink but occasionally if the sink is uneven, you may need sealant to prevent any leaking.
What is the height of the faucet connection that extends beneath the surface?
Thank you. The water lines are 2 5/32 inches with a max deck thickness of 1 1/4 inches.
The threaded hot & cold pipe connections that come out of the bottom of the faucet are 2 inches long. I have these faucets installed in a bathroom with a 1 1/4" countertop and there is still plenty of pipe left underneath after they go through the countertop to connect the water lines.
The plug doesn't come up high enough for the water to properly drain
There is an adjustment for the drain plug so that the plug will open fully to let water drain.
How do I replace the LED light on my glacier bay faucet....the light stopped working.

I love this faucet but I started getting a strange squeaky noise when I run the hot water... any suggestions on what might be causing the noise?

How long do the light last? Can you change the light to a different color or do it come with the blue light?
The light is only on when the water is running. I don’t know about changing color.
I have three of these faucets and I’ve had them for almost a year. Two of the LED lights have gone out so far. I can’t figure out how to change the light on them. I’m not too happy about it. The faucet still looks nice without the light, but I bought it for the light.
It’s an led light so it will last a long while considering it is not always on, as far as I know there is no way to change the color
