How do you turn the direction of the fan operating for summer
To change the direction of your Home Decorators Collection Amaretto ceiling fan for summer operation, you'll use the included remote control. The remote should have a button specifically for reversing the direction of the blades. Typically, it's marked with two arrows forming a circle. For summer, you want the blades to rotate counterclockwise, pushing air downwards to create a cooling breeze.
Why is this still on your website if it is not available? I've spent time trying to see where to order and it would be good if products not available since a year ago would not still be on here.
This fan will never be made again by Home Depot. I'm not sure why it is still showing on the site but I do know it has been discontinued for good.
How can I get a replacement blade?
Try contacting the fan company's customer service and requesting information to replace the blades. It is a good fan and is worth repairing.
newly installed fan works light will not
Please check the electrical connection according to the instructions. The light works independent of the fan.
That is very strange. It is either the LED itself or the remote system is malfunctioning assuming all the wiring is correct. If you'd like to replace these parts you can email monte@summer-wind.info and they can send you them at no charge.
When are you going to have more available.?
These models will not be coming back into Home Depot. They have been discontinued for good.

I didn’t connect the light fixture yet, does that matter?
No. The fan will function separately from the light fixture.
Do you have the blades attached? The light kit will not matter but if you don't have the blades on it could do this because it cannot detect a load.
