Can you order the mounting bracket alone from a parts list?
I don’t know the answer to this question. However, I did lose a part for one of the towel racks from this set and I contacted Delta and they sent me a free replacement part. I would recommend going to the Delta website and sending them your question

How do I mount this onto a stone wall? I have marble (or something like that) walls. It seems other Delta Everly hardware is mounted in other places but I don't know how to do that.

Can these be hung on the back of a door?

I can only guess you could hang these nearly anywhere that will have a good back board, solid core door, an area that is strong enough to hold, carry the weight for whatever you decide to hang on them Myself, I would not mount them on a hollow core door because they offer no support. But these are beautiful, functioning hooks by Delta. They do make great products. If you have further questions talk to your Home Depot specialist or check with Delta directly. Just consider how much weight you are going to hang on these. Good Luck.

Can this be used in the shower stall?
You will have to seal the holes with silicone so water won’t get in the wall.

Is this open in the back? Was thinking I would like to command hook or gorilla tape it to my vanity so I don't have to drill in it.
Yes it is open in the back of the actual hook, so it can be fastened to a mounting bracket that is screwed into the wall. You can still tape it to the vanity by putting the tape on the wall side face of the mounting bracket, and not use screws. Recommend installing the hook on the mounting bracket first, then apply the double sided tape, then pressing the entire assembly on to your vanity. You will have some extra hardware (two screws and two drywall anchors) as a bonus for other wall hanging projects.

Yes, it is open in the back whre it attaches to the mounting bracket.
Lau. It is open in the back. You install a bracket to the wall using two screws and then snap the hook over the bracket.
The back is open and it mounts to a wall cleat provided by the manufacturer for this hook to go over top of and locks now with a set screw
