Thanks for the info on the space I inquired about before, that's fine. However, there were 2 different replies for the width and the height of the unit. Is it 50 inches or 44 inches wide. It can't be both. Also the dimensions for height show 2 different measurements, 36.02 inches and 22.25 inches. Maybe the different finishes are different model numbers and priced units? I am specifically interested in the driftwood finish for the unit that costs $144.03. It also appears there may be 2 different sizes available. If that is the case I'm looking at the larger of the 2. Please advise for the larger driftwood unit and thanks again.

What are the dimensions of the 2 open spaces under the top piece? My receiver is 4 inches tall by 17.5 inches wide by 14 inches deep and I need an inch of clearance above it for ventilation (it puts out a lot of heat). I need to know if it will fit with at least an inch of open space above it.
