Model 230380 What is the model number that has replaced this one?
When will these be available again? It seems as if they've been out of stock forever! It makes little sense to have such a long delay in replenish of an item which has proven to be very popular.
The new model they're selling uses fewer materials, costs twice as much, and has over 1,000 reviews. This model probably isn't coming back.

Great tool box. Wanted to purchase more. Never seems to be in stock.
What it the total height when opened up?
Bought this box a year and a half ago, been great however the wheel fell off because the axle broke. I buy husky equipment for its warranty however now i cannot exchange....
It is probably out of the warranty period anyway. I would just replace the axle with a new rod. You should be able to salvage the lock cap, put in the new rod and tap the lock cap on.
What are the inside dementions of the large bottom storage?
I measured a width of about 11 inches and a length of about 21 inches. It was not totally accurate because i was using a yardstick. I holds letter size paper well, like a file cabinet.
Does the box stink after being in the heat
Yes it smells like hot plastic. but no odd smell.
I have had mine for a couple years and keep it in the garage year round. Highest temp is about 90-95 with 90+% humidity. I have not had any smell issues at that temp.
No it does not.
