Is this color a true gray charcoal or black?
The mats in the video appear to have a surface design (but not grass-cloth) and bright, glossy colors, unlike the sample colors. What would I see on an actual mat? Please comment - thanks
Hello! The shiny embossed fabric you see in the video is a Pebble fabric that is discontinued and is no longer available. The Grasscloth fabric is not shiny, it has a matte finish.
Is this safe for heated tile floors?
We have tested our mats on most common flooring surfaces and to date we have found no issue. Heated flooring has not shown to reach temperatures high enough to have an effect on our mats. However, since we have not performed tests on your particular floor, we cannot guarantee there will not be an issue. We recommend you contact your flooring provider/installer. Your floor provider/installer should have direct knowledge of how your particular flooring may interact with our product.
Anti-fatigue ktchen floor mat: can you cut the mat to fit around applicances?
Hello-Our products are not designed to be cut or modified. Cutting your mat will remove the safety feature design of the mat and void the warranty.
