The new DigiRoller Plus III from Calculated Industries can measure and calculate length, width, height, area, volumes and perimeters, including circular calculations. It measures up to 9,999,999 ft., yds., in. or meters. The Digi's rugged handle-mounted controls and large, glove-friendly TrueTac buttons make it easy to use the controls and read the display with no stooping, bending or squinting. Digital display works just fine. I changed the 9 volt battery no corrosion. It does not work i move the wheel get no measurement
It may have somehow gotten dirt or water inside the sensor assembly above the battery, or the sensor board went out. Do you have a receipt for when you purchased the wheel? Please send warranty questions to techsupport@calculated.com
How many measurements can this device save. When measuring for fences sometime we need 4 or MORE measurements stored while measuring depending on how many sides.
It will save each and give you a total of all the measurements. Not individual amounts.
are the power batteries rechargeable or replaceable ?
The 6575 DigiRoller III requires a 9v battery which one is included in your order.

What are it’s square footage calculation and storage capabilities? I need a device to measure the square footage of houses from the exterior. Not all houses are simple squares or rectangles. Many have complex footprints with all manner of bump outs and cut outs. I need to calculate SF and add or subtract for cut outs (porches, garages and patios) and bump outs (kitchens, bedrooms, etc). Can the calculator calculate and store SF amounts and then add or subtract SF calculations to arrive at an accurate square footage of the residence?
Our Digi Roller model 6575 can only compute basic areas (Length X Width) and store the value in memory (using M+). It will not be good for more complex measurements such as curves.
Is it water resistant?
It is water resistant but not waterproof. So that means you can't use it underwater
I use it in the rain all the time and works great. However, it is not meant to be used underwater.
Not so much. I’ve gone through 2 wheels because of water damage. It’s suitable for light rain but before you go out in a heavy rain I would put Saran wrap or a Ziploc bag over the main panel. The wheel itself is sealed tight so you can run it through puddles of water with no problem.

until you get to 100' it measures feet and inches. Once you get above 100' it measures in tenths. example 10,234.1' and 10' 11" when under 100'. Hope that helps
