Would this urathane enamel be a good choice for the rusers on my staircase? Treads will be red oak and l would like to paint my risers satin black

However, you can use our Porch & Patio Floor Paint, which will provide a protective finish that can be tinted to black. If I painted a door with this in semi-gloss 1 year ago and want to repaint with the same product, does it need a bonding primer or just surface sanding before applying?
