How can I remove the handles so I can clean the deck ? Don’t see any information on the specs.
How do I get the stream breaker out from the nozzle in order to clean it. It was referenced in one of these other questions. I've gotten the hex head screw out but can't get the plastic piece out, and I'm afraid I'll break it if I press on it too hard.

I just installed two Katana faucets and could not be more disappointed. Both faucets change distribution from an even flow to four or five individual streams after about 15 seconds. I find myself chasing them to wash my hands. How do I fix this?

If there is any blockage in the filter caused by the water being shut off (during installation), it tends to get stopped up in this area.
