Black Guest Arm Chair Black Steel Frame

Chair seemed half made, which made the assembly part annoying. Instructions were terrible. First build the back and then the seating part or else you’ll have a miserable time. I assembled it by the instructions and couldn’t get the back to fit

Team of 15, they like the chairs they're comfortable for long periods of time. Good value.

Out of a total of eight screws to assemble the chair, three were misaligned with the holes so severely that it was impossible to put the chair together. I promptly returned it. A plus to the store for a no hassle return with no questions asked.

This chair was super hard to put together as the holes didn't line up well so I could insert the screws. It took me over an hour to put together. Once together, the chair was rock hard and not comfortable at all. In addition it offered very poor back support. And because of the large gap between the chair back and seat, it was impossible to put in any type of additional back support. Returned it and would not recommend at all.

easy to assemble, and comfortable for customers
