Questions & Answers
When I tighten the set screw it pulls the bollard to one side and tilts it. I have assured the base is level but i cannot get the bollard to tighten while it remains plumb. Any insight would be appreciated.

"Fits into steel socket that is bolted into the ground" please translate and tell me where to buy said steel socket and how to bolt it into the ground?
There is not a steel socket, the base of the bollard comes off with a Allen Wrench and it takes one anchor bolt to secure bollard base to the ground. The top of the bollard is then secured with the Allen Wrench.
