Hey Andy! To change auger attachments on your Milwaukee M18 Fuel 18-Volt Lithium-Ion Brushless Cordless Drain Cleaning 5/16 in. Switch Pack Sectional Drum System Kit, follow these steps: Ensure Safety: Make sure the tool is turned off and disconnected from the power source to prevent accidental activation. Remove the Cable from the Drum: Release the drum brake to stop the drum from spinning. Pull the cable out of the drum manually or use the CABLE DRIVE™ Assembly if attached. Detach the Current Auger Attachment: Locate the coupling on the end of the cable where the auger attachment is connected. Use the appropriate tool to loosen the coupling (usually a wrench or pliers). Remove the current auger attachment from the coupling. Attach the New Auger Attachment: Select the desired auger attachment from your kit. Align the new auger attachment with the coupling on the cable. Tighten the coupling securely using a wrench or pliers to ensure the auger attachment is firmly connected. Reinsert the Cable into the Drum: Feed the cable back into the drum manually or use the CABLE DRIVE™ Assembly if attached. Ensure the cable is properly seated in the drum and the drum brake is engaged. Test the Attachment: Reconnect the tool to the power source. Turn on the tool and test the new auger attachment to ensure it is functioning correctly.
