We purchased your 11' patio umbrella. Why doesn't the upper pole fit securely into the lower pole? There is wiggle room for the umbrella to move particularly if it's windy. We watched a UTube & the 2 poles fit tightly together.

My old California Sunbrella tilt 11? umbrella has a pole diameter of 5 inches of I wrap the tape measure around the pole. Do you measure the diameter differently?
