How does this model differ from the Internet # 303688619? Why is one more expensive than the other? Which of the two is tougher on hard steel, and do they both provide full flush cut?
Is this an angled cutter with flush cut? According to image #7 this seems to be an angled cutter, but the descriptions do not mention it.

Not what threy are intended for. They probably would but you'd likely lose their wire cutting quality
