Can I use this with an adjustable base? If so should I attach it to the wall instead of the bed frame?
Hello Laura, as long as the adjustable base is considered a platform base and it matches the pre-drilled holes, you should be fine. If you wish to attach the headboard to the wall, please, ensure that you go to a hardware store to locate the necessary brackets.

Yes. THat is what we have done for my daughter.
We did not attach it to either the bed frame or the wall... we've used it standing on its own at the head of the bed and then also at the side
