What type of plug does it have? I've looked through all of your lights that are this style and not a single one of them shows what type of plugin it is, looking for one with the two prong plug-in and not one that's got a USB plug anywhere in the cord!!
This is a regular 2 prong plug in cord.

The Bostitch VLF100 desk lamp comes with a standard 2-prong plug at the end of its cord. There is no USB plug integrated anywhere in the cord.
Hi, I'd like to mount this to a floor joist in my unfinished ceiling and swing it down to use when I want and up into the rafters when I don't - is there enough tension in the joints to keep it folded in place against gravity? Hope that makes sense.
No, the Bostitch model number VLF100 cannot be mounted in a floor joist.
Could I use a grow light bulb in this lamp!

The VLF100 & VLF100F model lamps are only tested/rated for 120V/9W LED bulbs, with a maximum of 25W. We do not recommend using any other bulb or bulb type.
Is there a part missing? Is there supposed to be some type of retaining hardware which holds the lamp arm into the base? There are zero instructions, so can't tell if something was missed or this is an intended design.
