What is the VPR, Voltage Protection Rating? It should be printed on the back of the protector if it's UL1449 listed.
The VPR is 800V (L-N, N-G, L-G). Yes it's UL1449 listed and marked on the back of the protector.
Can this be used in the garage for a freezer?

Is this surge protector marked with a stamp or notation on the actual device? (For those wondering, unless there’s an interminable marking stating such, it can’t be used in our classrooms at my district!). Has to be UL specific.
