I have 3 of these faucets, in the master both handles turn right for hot and in 1/2 bathroom, it's the opposite. Which is correct?
Hello Gina, Thank you for reaching out. We would love to have a closer look into this matter. Please reach out to us at 800-775-0703 or by email at customerservice@kraususa.com so we can further assist you. Thank you
Hot is always on the left cold on the right, check the water connections. Mike
How is the finish on the matte black? Does it peel easily? What warranty is there if it should?
Hello, Thanks for reaching out. The matte black finish is very sturdy and is not prone to peeling. The warranty would cover any defects with the finish. Please feel free to reach out to us at 800-775-0703 or by email at customerservice@kraususa.com if you have any further questions or concerns.
I am replacing and existing faucet. The predrilled hole is 1.5 inches in diameter which should be fine. The hole is drilled through stone on top of plywood and is 2.15 inches in depth. Is the shank of the faucet long enough to work with this depth?
Hi Harro, Thank you for your interest in our faucets! I can answer that for you. This model faucet has a max deck thickness of 2 1/2", so as long as your counter material is not thicker than that, it will install just fine. Please feel free to reach out to us at 800-775-0703 or via email at customerservice@kraususa.com with any additional questions.
Can this be installed on a door?
Hi Carly, Yes it can. Please feel free to reach out to us at 800-775-0703 or via email at customerservice@kraususa.com and we would be happy to assist. Thank you for reaching out.
Is this available in left hand and right hand models
You can take the towel ring apart and flip it so you will have a right hand and left hand. There is a bolt on the back side that needs to be removed. After removing the bolt you can use the allen wrench that comes with the ring to loose the arm.
Hi Karen, At this time we only have the towel ring with the orientation pointing right, however we certainly will be passing your request along to our product development team for future consideration. If you have anymore questions or concerns please reach out to us at 1-800-775-0703 or via email at customerservice@kraususa.com so we can answer them for you.
Why are all the reviews for a faucet? This is a towe rack…
This product is a towel rack, not a faucet. It appears there may be some confusion with the reviews displayed.
The Monarch Abode hammered silver vessel sink needs the drain threaded all the way to the top, because metal sinks are not as thick as porcelain or glass sinks. Will the included drain work with this metal sink? The drain hole dia. is 1-5/8".
Thanks for reaching out to us. The drain included with this faucet fits a standard 1.75" drain opening. Please feel free to reach out to us at 800-775-0703 or via email at customerservice@kraususa.com with any additional questions. Happy to assist. Thank you for reaching out.
